Please pay through Paypal.  It's free and secure.  You don't even have to have an account.   Feel free to contact me (jescott100@yahoo.com )  if you encounter any trouble at checkout. I understand that if you are new to PayPal, the checkout system can be a little confusing.  After checking out, you will need to PROCEED TO PAYMENT if paying by Paypal or credit card.

Shipping

I ship Monday-Friday excluding Holidays.  I will send your item as soon as I receive notification of your payment.  You will receive a shipping notification from me when your jewelry is shipped. In order to keep shipping costs low, I will ship regular mail with Canada Post (which does not include insurance or tracking) for any order of below $150. 

Do you live in the Windsor/ Essex area and want to avoid the shipping cost?  Send me an e-mail (click CONTACT ME) and we can arrange for you to have your pendant within 24 hours.


Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be completely satisfied with your Neckboard.  Please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item if you want to a refund or exchange. I'm sorry, shipping fees are not refundable. Return your purchased piece in the same condition you purchased it.
